These terms apply when you use mvtyres.com or place an order with MV TYRES LTD. Please read them before ordering.

1. Products and compatibility

We take reasonable care to describe tyres accurately, including size, load and speed ratings where available. Vehicle-registration and tyre-size tools are provided to help you search, but you remain responsible for checking that the tyre specification is suitable for your vehicle and intended use before fitting.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total payable, including any delivery charge and any tax that applies, is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Payment methods displayed at checkout may include card payment and finance or instalment providers. A finance provider may apply its own eligibility checks and terms.

3. Stock and acceptance of orders

Stock is supplier-connected and can change quickly. An acknowledgement that we received your order is not a guarantee of supply. A contract is formed when we accept the order for fulfilment. If an item becomes unavailable before fulfilment we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or refund the affected amount.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Standard UK delivery charges and any free-delivery promotion are shown at checkout. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and make reasonable arrangements to receive the goods.

5. Inspection and fitting

Please inspect tyres before fitting. Do not fit a tyre that appears incorrect or damaged. Fitting can make a product unsuitable for return except where your statutory rights apply. Tyres must be fitted by a competent person using appropriate equipment and in accordance with vehicle and tyre-manufacturer requirements.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Consumer cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances and the condition of the goods. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the practical return process. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged on delivery or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. We will deal with the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8. Mobile fitting and emergency services

Where mobile fitting or emergency assistance is offered, availability depends on location, fitter capacity, stock and safe access to the vehicle. Estimates such as arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, access, demand or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by information you provide incorrectly, incompatible product selection contrary to clearly displayed specifications, unauthorised modification, improper fitting, misuse, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or misuse.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
